Internet Explorer:

After clicking the Windows icon, you'll get prompted with a pop up window stating that this file type is potentially harmful. Click RUN. A progress bar will show the application loading, then a second window will pop up asking you if you want to RUN or DON'T RUN. Click RUN. Windows may ask if you want to allow this program to access your computer... click YES. Another window will open, and it will assign you an ID and PASSWORD. Text these numbers to me on my cell phone, and I will be able to tunnel into your computer and fix it.
  After clicking the MAC icon, a download window will pop up showing the file MACHELP.DMG. Double click the file, and a second window will open. Double click the square icon in the second window. A thrid window will open stating the application was downloaded from the internet... click OPEN. A fourth window will open, and it will assign you an ID and PASSWORD. Text these numbers to me on my cell phone, and I will be able to tunnel into your computer and fix it.

   
Chrome: Chrome:
After clicking the Windows icon, it will show downloading in the bottom left corner of Chrome. Click the download and click RUN. Windows may ask if you want to allow this program to access your computer... click YES. Another window will open, and it will assign you an ID and PASSWORD. Firefox:   Firefox:
After clicking the Windows icon, you'll get prompted to download the file, choose SAVE. The download will appear at the top right corner when you click the arrow pointing downward. Click on the file named PCHELP.EXE. A new window will pop up asking you if you want to RUN the file or CANCEL, click RUN. Windows may ask if you want to allow this program to access your computer... click YES. Another window will open, and it will assign you an ID and PASSWORD. Text these numbers to me on my cell phone, and I will be able to tunnel into your computer and fix it.

  Firefox doesn't like DMG files very well so running the application for MACs in Firefox isn't recommended.
